Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a professional and organized individual to join our team as a Frony Desk Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize daily transport routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to address any issues or changes in transportation schedules.
  • Verify and manage quantities of materials being received and dispatched.
  • Oversee the inward and outward flow of materials to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Monitor and maintainoptimal stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
  • Keep track of materials purchased by franchises and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, transport routes, dispatches, and customer interactions

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer complaints related to supply chain issues, including delivery delays or material discrepancies.
  • Resolve any issues related to dispatch and work closely with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Streamline and manage the dispatch process to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce obsolescence.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring that expenditures align with company financial goals and constraints.
  • Analyze supply chain costs, including transportation, warehousing, and procurement, to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
Interaction With Patrons And Public Logistics Coordinator, Vendors, Suppliers, Customer, etc.

Physical Demands

  • Occasional travel to warehouses, distribution centers, and supplier sites.

Working Conditions and Environment

  • Work Mode: In Office as well as On-field
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional extended hours as needed.
  • Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Sunday fixed off)

Requirements

  • Master's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
