  • Industry Preferred: Real Estate, Franchisee Industry
  • Age Required:18-27 years

Purpose of the Job

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying potential leads, managing the sales process and building strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential franchisees through various lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees to explain the franchise opportunity and value proposition.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees during the initial stages of their partnership.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve franchise sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Foster and manage relationships with potential franchisees throughout the sales process.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and franchisee interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
  • Present our franchise opportunity clearly and answer any questions prospects may have.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management to track performance and progress towards goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new franchisees to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Manage and track the budget allocated for franchisee acquisition and related sales activities.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements, ensuring that they are aligned with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Set achievable sales that align with company goals and regularly monitor progress to ensure these targets are achieved.

  • Frequent visits to franchise locations and client meetings, including local and out-of-town travel, as per the requirements.
  • Standard hours with the possibility of extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
