Purpose of the Job

We’re looking for a Quality Executive to join our team and help ensure our food products are top-notch. If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about food quality, this is a great entry-level opportunity for you!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of new products and processes under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Follow product development testing protocols and ensure accurate recording and analysis of data.
  • Maintain detailed records of experiments, processes, and results and prepare reports and documentations as required.
  • Perform basic level market research, including taste preferences, geographical food culture, franchisee surveys, and competitor analysis as per guidelines provided by seniors.
  • Assist in evaluating and improving product quality and safety standards.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to product performance or quality.
  • Assist in immediate response to crises, such as product recalls or safety issues, following predefined procedures.
  • Understand and identify potential risks in R&D processes to support proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation.

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and tracking project-related expenses to ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Perform basic analysis of the cost of raw materials from the market required for product development.
  • Support efforts to identify cost-effective materials and processes without compromising quality.

  • Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM , 11:00 AM – 8.00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
  • Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Thursday fixed off)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in the food processing or FMCG sector.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of product development processes and testing protocols.
  • Basic knowledge of food packaging and Food Safety Management Systems (FOSTAC training certificate).
