Purpose of the Job

We’re looking for a Quality Executive to join our team and help ensure our food products are top-notch. If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about food quality, this is a great entry-level opportunity for you!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct routine inspections and tests on products and processes, documenting findings and recommendingcorrective actions when necessary.
  • Support adherence to quality management systems and industry standards, including GMP, HACCP, and ISO certifications
  • Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and corrective actions. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Identify areas for improvement in production processes and work with the team to implement solutions to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Analyze quality control data to identify trends or recurring issues.
  • Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis for quality issues.
  • Help develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified issues.
Interaction With Patrons And Public Not applicable

Physical Demands

  • Spend time standing or walking during inspections, tests, and while monitoring production processes.
  • Occasionally lift and carry samples or equipment weighing 5-10kgs.

Working Conditions and Environment

  • Work Mode: In Bakery Plant
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM , 11:00 AM– 8.00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
  • Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Thursday fixed off)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Any relevant certifications in food safety or quality management are a plus.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in the food processing or FMCG sector. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
