Purpose of the Job

The Operation Executive is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of franchise locations by supporting franchisees, overseeing training and development, and maintaining high standards of compliance and quality. The Operation Executive also plays a key role in managing new store openings, evaluating locations, and fostering positive relationships with franchisees to align their operations with company goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to assess franchisee performance, offer feedback, and resolve operational issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on operational processes, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure franchisee compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand standards, including health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct audits to assess compliance with operational protocols and quality guidelines.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with franchisees.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
  • Work with franchisees to develop and implement operational plans that meet company goals.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with franchise owners and vendors for successful store setup.
  • Provide honest and accurate feedback based on observations.
  • Compare processes with industry standards to find improvements.
  • Address conflicts and safety issues with appropriate urgency.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between teams for efficient workflow.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the operational budget, ensuring expenditures align with financial plans and targets.
  • Monitor and report on operational expenses, ensuring they are within budget and providing insights for cost control.
  • Preparing Franchise sales report.

  • Franchise owners, clients, Operation executives, NSO Executives, Local communities, events, public events, customers

Physical Demand

  • Frequent travel to franchise locations and other sites, which may include driving or using public transportation.
  • Occasionally lifting and carrying items such as documents, equipment, or promotional materials.
  • Ability to handle occasional long hours and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Ability to work in different environments, including office settings, store locations, and outdoor sites, which may involve varying temperatures and weather conditions.

Working Conditions And Environment

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional extended hours as needed.
  • Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Sunday off)
