Purpose of the Job

As an On-Field Marketing Executive, you’ll lead our marketing efforts on the ground. Your role involves opening new markets, analyzing competitors, conducting market surveys, and coordinating with vendors and franchise owners. You’ll drive brand visibility, optimize strategies, and build strong relationships to expand our market reach.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate and implement innovative solutions for simple problems.
  • Understand key competitors, their strengths, market positioning, and offerings.
  • Negotiate with agencies, vendors, and event organizers for favorable rates and handle objections.
  • Know the brand’s products, positioning, and target audience.
  • Implement smaller marketing campaigns and activities on the ground.
  • Manage public relations effectively.
  • Seek feedback and receive guidance to improve performance.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Occasionally try out new marketing strategies or approaches.
  • Provide training or support to new team members or franchisees as needed.
  • Do detailed market research for special projects or new products.
  • Assist with or represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community activities.

Staff Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

  • Manage a small team of marketing assistants or field representatives.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Verify that expenses are correctly categorized and documented.
  • Keep track of all marketing costs, like advertising, materials, and payments to vendors.
  • Look for ways to cut costs while keeping marketing quality high.
  • Work with vendors to get the best rates and terms.

Interaction With Partons And Public

  • Communicate with customers and the public at events, promotions, and on the ground.
  • Always show the brand in a positive light during interactions.

Physical Demand

  • Ability to travel frequently and move between different locations.
  • Spend long periods standing or walking at events and promotional activities in easy and concise way
  • Occasionally lift and carry marketing materials or equipment.

Working Conditions And Environment
