Purpose of the Job

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and engage potential franchisees. Key responsibilities include crafting marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, handling product launches, and generating leads. You will work closely with the franchise development team to boost brand presence and drive franchise growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development and Innovation:Create and implement marketing strategies and innovative initiatives to drive brand growth and market positioning.
  • Brand Management and Digital Presence:Ensure consistent brand development across channels and manage online marketing, including SEO and social media, to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing performance.
  • Budget Allocation and Resource Management:Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Guide and support the marketing team, set clear goals, and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance and problem-solving skills.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Assist franchisees with marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Organize franchise-related events and trade shows.
  • Analyze local markets to tailor marketing strategies.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses.
  • Conduct marketing training and workshops for the team.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the marketing budget Such as Lead generation, Marketing Campaign, social media Platform charges etc.
  • Monitor marketing expenditure.
  • Report on spending and ROI.
  • Prepare for and assist with financial audits.

Staff Supervisory

  • Number of Employees: 3-7 direct reports.
  • Type of Employees: Digital marketing Executive, graphic Designer, Content creators, offline marketing Executive

Interaction With Partons And Public

  • Address inquiries and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in media interactions and public events.
  • Lead initiatives to build positive relationships with local communities.
  • Promote the brand through direct interactions and engagement activities.
