Purpose of the Job

As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team with the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conducting initial telephonic screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the entire interview process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Source candidates from various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Engage with potential candidates to generate interest and provide information about job opportunities.
  • Review and screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and interest in the role.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of candidate information and application statuses in the Application Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Manage and track the interview process, ensuring smooth operations and timely follow-ups.
  • Address any issues or changes related to the interview schedule promptly.
  • Prepare detailed summaries of each candidate's interaction for the recruitment team.
  • Assist with the preparation of recruitment materials and documentation.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Ensure that offers are aligned with company compensation policies and market standards.
  • Negotiate salary offers and employment terms with selected candidates.

  • Employment Type: : Full-time, Internship
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Sunday fixed off)

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.

Other Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of various job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, etc.
